Front Liner Course among PSM Staffs

On 21^st Nov 2011,Penang State Musuem staffs took part in the “Front Liner Course” which is conducted by a hospitality trainer who has a experience for 30years in the hospitality field.

This course is mainly to enhance the service level of Penang Museum staffs. According to our Curator Puan.Haryany,her aim is to achieve the “Global Standard” of service. And this type of courses might help the staffs to improve and gain more knowledge and experience in the service line.

We would like to take this opportunity to thanked Pn.Haryany and the trainer for giving us such a useful opportunity to improve ourselves and to be a capable staff.
