The official Opening of Pesta Open Art Competition by Y.B Dato'Haji Mokhtar Bin Mohd.Jait the Finance Officer of Penang State Goverment which over on 13th Dec 2011 was a hilarious event.The winners were happy with the prizes they won.It was a pleasant evening.
